Carol Gordon Scholarship
THE CAROL GORDON SCHOLARSHIP WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1986 AND BECAME FULLY FUNDED IN THE 1997-1998 FISCAL YEAR. THIS SCHOLARSHIP WAS FOUNDED IN HONOR OF OUR DEAR SISTER, CAROL ANN GORDON, WHOSE LIFE WAS TAKEN TOO EARLY ON SEPTEMBER 29, 1985 DUE TO A TRAGIC PLANE CRASH ACCIDENT. CAROL WAS INITIATED INTO THE OMEGA CHAPTER ON OCTOBER 17, 1976. SHE WAS FROM CUYAHOGA FALLS, OHIO, AND GRADUATED FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF AKRON WITH A BACHELOR OF ARTS IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION AND MARKETING WITH HONORS IN 1982.
OVER THE YEARS, A TOTAL OF $55,492 HAS BEEN RAISED FOR THE CAROL GORDON SCHOLARSHIP FUND!
